Reiki healing is an ancient and life affirming practice of harnessing life force energy that is present in every living being. With over 20 years of helping others find healing, Jennifer's sessions are known by numerous clients, in multiple states, as being paramount in helping them navigate their way through challenging times in their lives.

Each session begins with aromatherapy and guided meditation to allow the mind to find peace, so the physical and energetic bodie's needs are able to be heard. With gentle expert touch, Reiki energy is used to bring body, mind and spirit in to a greater sense of coherence. This is where the body is able to come in to harmony, bringing healing on the cellular level.

With many years as a private and group Sound Bath facilitator, Jennifer integrates Sound Healing in to all of her energy sessions. Instruments are chosen specific to your energetic needs at the time of your session. They include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and various other frequency instruments to further enhance this truly transformative experience.
